Department Manager – Galeries Lafayette - Ali Bin Ali Group

This role is responsible for various aspects of managing the department of the floor level operations of the big box (fashion/Cosmetics) Department Store.

• Act as the ambassador for the department and manage the operations
• As a part of pre-opening team, train the staff and equip them with the Values and processes
• Multilevel tasking on the floor in regards to apparel or cosmetics or ready to wear departments
• Execute high level customer and guest relations
• Hold accountability of the department's performance on the overall
• Sales analysis and brand performance analysis
• Drive the sales as per top line while maintaining the standards of customer service
