Job Purpose:
To register & process motor claims, handling claims related queries for direct claims. Also effectively process all related documentation and maintain proper filing order to ensure that the BANCS system is correct.
Main Accountability:
•Receiving accident documents and registering the claim after checking the claims documents
•Issue related documents once claim is registered
•Issue claims intimation and provide surveyors with related details
•Understand and handle all claims related queries
•Process and issue LPO’s in line with claims.
•Liaise with service providers including workshops and other insurance companies.
•Read, understand and translate Police Reports to support claims process.
•Assist Seef claims team if needed
