- Review the current compensation and benefits scheme and work on research methodologies.
- Must have experience in setting up/evaluating commission scheme within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Prepare Monthly forecast, review with FM.
- Prepare and monitor cashflow and invest surplus cash as per corporate guidelines.
- Assist FM to monitor business risk and amend insurance policies time to time.
