The CONTRACT SPECIALIST ADVISOR (CSA) will be an individual who has a career profile with experience in specifically dealing with the preparation of Contracts, Sub-contract, Joint Ventures. The incumbent will have a minimum of 10 years in such exposure, demonstrating the capacity to create and issue "Draft" Contracts and Subcontracts for seeking quotations, proposals or tender. The CSA will manage the evolution of the document capturing the Internal Customers requisition and scope of works finalized with the successful vendor.
The CSA will finalize the Contract or Subcontract and enforce the Quality Assurance process through to Award.
The CSA will be suitable to additionally perform Internal Audits throughout the Contract or Subcontract administration phase and has the "trained-eye" to capture deviations.
