Factory Manager

• To manage food service equipment manufacturing/stainless steel fabrication activities.
• Strong management, coordination skills, planner and executor.
• Strong operational background in Factory Management
• Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing and overseeing the works.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication, architectural fabrication, manufacturing of commercial kitchen equipment’s, refrigeration equipment’s, etc.
• Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets.
• Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling and directing production activities.
• Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the factory by workers.
• Managing time lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time lines and goals.
• Coordinating with sales personnel, customers and finance division to ensure the fulfillment of delivery schedules.
• Strong communicating skills to deal with different level of workforce
• Execute system a plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organizational.
• Ensure safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers;
• Take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory.
• Ensures good relationships among the workers.
