Strong skills with MS Word, Excel, Access, CAD AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D max & modeling.
● 5- 7 years of work experience in Construction industry especially in Marble/Tiles/Granite/Stone.
● Ability to communicate with clients, developers, consultants, architects, interior designers, engineers and field supervisor and conduct Site meetings
● Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, interpret conditions and analyze field conditions ensure pricing consistent with risk encountered and profit opportunity offered.
