PAE - Kuwait - Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World DFAC Manager POSITION SUMMARY The Dining Facility Manager (DFACM) oversees and directs the day to day operations in the food service area for Ali Al Jaber Air Base (AJAB). DFACM is responsible for providing supervision, technical guidance, training and quality assurance for Cooks and Food Service Workers. The DFACM is dedicated to the management of all aspects of food service and will coordinate closely with other country national and US national staff to deliver services and activities required for and defined by the contract for the AJAB DFAC. The DFACM shall manage the total work effort associated with the food service required by the contract to assure fully adequate and timely completion of these services.
