Marketing of the properties, answer the call, arrange meetings with perspective tenants, arrange site visits and resolve their queries.
Keep updates record of all rental agreements, tenant and vendor details.
Complete all the procedure for leasing the flats
Complete all the formalities if tenant vacates the flat.
Look after repair maintenance of the building
Handling tenants complaints
Market research to acquire new buildings or to sell existing properties as instructed by the management
Timely collect and deposit the rent amounts in the banks
To ensure accurate financial records of the company
Maintain petty cash
Dealing with external companies for repair maintenance and cleaning if and when required
Ensure all the company belongings are kept in excellent working condition.
Maintain proper record of utility bills and pay the bills on time.
Liaise with the relevant government bodies to complete the formalities
Look after admin support staff in the buildings, their duty scheduling and other relevant matters.
