Kuwait City - Sous chef responsible for preparing desserts under direct instructions and guidance from head chef. Should also be willing to learn new savory dishes under guidance of head chef. Be responsible for ensuring proper consistent measurement of ingredients. Ensure quality control of end product by meticulously following instructions. Be responsible for proper order and cleanliness of work station and utensils used. Make sure that required ingredients are sourced on daily basis. Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients are not compromised and that they fully comply with working standards. Make sure that quality standards are always fully met. Skills Must posses positive and friendly attitude and a willingness to learn. Has necessary skills for the proper measurement and incorporation of various ingredients.
