Kuwait City - The candidate understands the overall RBD business plan, the products and services offered and analyses the current position of the bank thru Management Information System, to identify the strengths and weaknesses and proposes appropriate solutions, thus adding value to the organization as a whole. Understand the nature of Banking business and the nature of Bank's product and service offering Essential to have a good understanding of how the bank's products and services are reflected in the bank's systems / financial books For all reporting activity, essential to understand the requirement of the business areas and accordingly formulate appropriate reports Develop and produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/Ad Hoc reports Perceive the overall objective of the Marketing Dept and Retail Banking and accordingly bring continuous improvement in Balanced Score Card in a way that it clearly Reflects the KPI's and keep the staff motivated.
