This role reports directly to the board of this European Multinational and you will have an extensive team reporting to you. The main functions will be manage, deploy and grow a Service Operations Team, this will be focused around Hard Services. Some issues require more than just periodic maintenance, for example those that can stop or hamper the productivity of the business or that have safety implications, here you will liaise with the Helpdesk team and manage the resources.
