Planning initiatives including performance management, HR systems, and policies through review of policies, procedures, practices and programs for effective and efficient reward management. Key responsibilities include: Provide inputs to the Section Head in the development of the reward policies encompassing salaries, allowances, incentives, fixed and variable bonuses in order to ensure consistency and equity of Reward practices in the organization.
