VIVA - Kuwait Telecom Company K.L.L - Kuwait - MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To assist in the day to day activities of the VIVA flagship/Branch by assisting customers in sales and customer care inquiries. JOB OBJECTIVES 1. Execute the day-to-day operations of the branch. 2. Understand customer needs properly and provide in-store sales/ service to customers to increase customer satisfaction. 3. Manage optimum stock levels of inventory and inform the store manager in case of shortage. 4. Assist the manager in coordinating sales promotion activities and campaigns according to predefined budgets. 5. Ensure accurate and timely entry of transactions on a daily basis. 6. Teamwork-supporting fellow branch representatives in sales and care interactions. 7. Escalate customer complaints to the correct channel basis the escalation matrix. 8.
