Support the administration with respect to any grievance issues. Preparing employee daily personal transactions, such as sick leaves, advancements, settlements, compensation endorsements, termination letters etc. Checking monthly attendance, absence and annual leave in process of payroll and also handling all payroll related activities. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting jobs and managing the hiring process. Refreshing individual documents of employees. Review business and working conditions of employees to guarantee legal compliance. Fulfillment of any other additional duties as required.
