Standard Chartered Bank - Dubai - 1. Process Trade Services transactions strictly as per Department Operating Instructions / Trade Policy / PPGs and other internal policies of the Bank (wherever applicable). 2. Liase with Customer Service Centre and resolve queries/problems of Customers in a cordial manner. 3. Maintain and update all records related to Trade Services/ document Preparation services 4. Deliver products within the set time frame and as per SLA. 5. Conduct investigation to rectify errors or to establish/clarify facts. 6. Prepare/collect information/statistical data for internal and external relationship. 7. Deal with customers/counterparts in other banks to respond to routine queries or problems. 8.
