Post Services Company - Kuwait - Job Purpose To ensure proper implementation of the company's policies and procedures, maintain accurate company files and employees' information, attend to employees' requests, and support the HR manager in preserving a healthy work environment. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Maintain accurate records of employees and the company's official documents. 2. Draft letters, emails and certificates upon request. 3. Update the HR system with the employees' transactions in an accurate and timely manner. 4. Ensure proper implementation of the company's policies and procedures; raise violations to HR manager when necessary. 5. Alert the administrative department on visas and official documents' expiry dates. 6. Prepare employees' files for residencies and document renewal. 7.
