Abu Dhabi - You will establish, implement and monitor components of quality control processes, compliance and operational efficiency across the retail banking group. You wil audit end to end processes to confirm compliance of policies across the retail group. Take leadership on reviewing and enhancing end to end processes that relate to existing and new services from retail banking. The incumbent needs to work with Business/ Functional Heads UAE to identify gaps in significant risks and have a process to facilitate rectification of the gaps. He/She will also be responsible for making recommendations on process improvements.
