The job exists To act as a Claims Handler for all claims of TT Club members promptly, professionally and effectively and contribute to the department by proactively handling claims of members. Key Areas of responsibilities: Read & respond to all correspondence and incoming mails from Principals and Members. Handling claims from 1st notification to conclusion; Regular track of claim matters. Liaise with surveyors/correspondents and use appropriately with respect to claim handling. Advise Principals /Members of when handling claims in their best interests; the local Maritime Law and any developments/changes in the local regulations that may have an impact on the Club or the member.
