Al Ahmadi, Kuwait - Evaluate invoices obtained from different suppliers & subcontractors, ensure quantities and specifications are in line with tender and projects specifications. Prepare tender and contract documents, including BOQ (bills of quantities) with the architect and/or the client. Assist in preparing cost estimates for different phases of O & G projects, advice Estimation & Design Manager on possible cost over runs and on the action necessary to remain within the approved project budget. Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. Assist in establishing client requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
