Dubai - Job Purpose :Manage sales in assigned markets through best in-class practices Prepare the launch plan for new products in assigned markets Identify and appoint the right-fit distributors in assigned markets Manage these distributors closely to ensure targeted coverage on a regular basis Prepare marketing activities plan and promotion schedule to build the UFC brand in these markets Drive SMART KPis to assess and track distributors' performance. Monitoring and driving P&L for each assigned market. Regularly visit all assigned markets to monitor UFC position and competitors' activities. Handle the all private labels business in assigned markets Requirements : 6-8 years in exports, trade marketing, sales, and distribution experience preferably on both principal and distributor side.
