Kuwait - VIDEO TELECONFERENCE TECH LEAD (KBO) Description POSITION SUMMARY: Supports and oversees personnel at the direction of the AVB Supervisor and IMD management for the daily operations of VTC equipment, presentations, and briefings. Video Teleconference Technician Lead shall be required to perform complex trouble-shooting and computer system restoration on USG unique conferencing and communications equipment. The VTC Lead is responsible for the management and support of all VTC Technicians and the control of classified materials. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: 1. Provide IT support for conference room-based briefings and presentations on a 7 day a week operation. (%) 2.
