Kuwait - -Conducting the annual training need analysis (TNA) process and analyze its results. -Managing all matters related to training's functions. -Updating and handling Training procedures. -Providing training feedback and advice as needed. -Coordinating and following-up all matters related to manpower. -Producing training related reports on quarterly basis. -Managing invoices and supporting L&D managers with budget reports. -Registering and confirm employee in Local/overseas programs. -Coordinating a wide range of training programs in assisting the development of all staff within the organization. -Organizing and scheduling training and development programs. -Managing external conference and seminar bookings for third party suppliers. -Collecting, collaborating and accurately analyzing feedback, metrics and data relating to behavior, attitudes, culture and skills. -Researching and supporting other members of the team with scoping content for workshops and programs. ...
