Kuwait - QUALITY SUPERVISOR (KBO) Description This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. POSITION SUMMARY: Quality Supervisor is responsible for performance monitoring of all program functional areas, as well as, all program support functions with direction from the Quality Systems Manager and Assistant Manager. The Supervisor will perform training for all new hires and perform evaluations of Quality Systems Analysts/Internal Auditors and QS Publications personnel. Responsibilities also include gathering and analyzing data and recommending courses of action to improve performance or resolve problems, and mentoring employees, supervisors and functional area management staff in quality management principles, theories, tools, and systems.
