• Oversee the repair and maintenance operation of all vehicles
• Counsel couriers; develop/implement/monitor adherence to policies and procedures; answer telephonic and written correspondence; interview courier candidates; prepare couriers evaluations.
• Coordinate vehicle concerned issues with the Operation Manager
• Coordinate usage of company automated systems for pickups and deliveries
• Develop/run/analyze productivity and operational reports
• Research and develop specifications for vehicles, equipment, supplies and materials
• Plan/develop and execute a vehicle and equipment replacement schedule
• Determine the need and benefits of out-sourcing vehicle repairs or services
• Maintain equipment records in accordance with region and state local laws, policy or regulation; inventory state inspection
• Prepare Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly State Police Inspection Report
• Identify/coordinate training needs for new employees
• Evaluation of drivers discipline assessment
• Assist in setting leave schedules and work schedules for drivers
• Perform system backups; resolve operating errors and software related problems
• Perform related work as required and other duties as assigned
• Reporting: You will be reporting directly to the
Operation Manager and COO when required
