Kuwait City - JOB OBJECTIVES 1. To manage and ensure delivery of all Visitor Services at the Museum excluding educational visits. 2. To ensure compliance with the Health, Safety & Environmental Policies and to be instrumental in implementing improvements to established ways of working. 3. To deliver a well-defined, structured Visitor Services Plan in line with all statutory and Service Level Agreement delivery requirements for the Museum. 4. To manage and direct the Visitor Services team operating the Museum in accordance both with the terms of the Operating Contract and best practice within the international museums and cultural sectors. 5. To ensure the highest standards of customer care are set and implemented by staff in customer facing roles. 6. To perform in a duty management role as part of a management rota ensuring to cover seven days a week. 7. To carry out staff appraisals. 8.
