Dubai - Charterhouse is working with a global metal company who is looking to hire a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join their HR team in their Jebel Ali office. This role will have the sole responsibility of job analysis and evaluation to make sure the business is in line with corporate policies and that the size of each job can be determined fairly and accurately as a basis for grading, reward and other purposes. You will assist in the effective preparation and design of human capital benefits and all other associated activities in the compensation and benefits design area to ensure that the remuneration packages and structures offered are competitive. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a compensation and benefits position OR job evaluation position within a manufacturing, metal or oil and gas industry.
