Kuwait - Answering all types of customers' inquiries. Maintain service quality - (CBK greeting, name, proper answers, polite and proactive response and cross selling). Ensure accuracy of the information provided to customers, request support from Team Leader if required. Keep customer information confidentiality Make out-bound calls as instructed (calls back and out-bound campaigns, etc). Report cases requiring further follow-up to the Team Leader and keep customer informed with feedback. Recognize and alert Team Leader OF trends in customer calls. Receive customer complaints/suggestions/comments. Fill in a form reporting the case clearly and deliver it to Team Leader for action. Call customer to inform of action taken/feedback results. Receive lost/stolen cards calls and process to add those cards in 'Stop List'. Prepare a report to deliver it to Team Leader for review.
