Main Responsibilities : Manages Risk & Compliance programs and related activities. identifies potential areas of Compliance vulnerability and Risk and develops/implements corrective actions. Periodically reviews and ensures Business Code of Conduct is followed across the organization. Prepares period cal Compliance & Risk reports for the Management. Monitors/Reports AMI, STR's and acts as MLRO. Requirements : Should have minimum of 7 years of work experience in Compliance, Risk, Audit functions in Financial Service Industry.
