Kuwait City - Front Desk Management: Welcome guests, handle the switchboard, and direct calls/visitors to the right person and/or department; in order to ensure smooth front desk coordination and management. Procurement: Manage/Oversee the procurement, distribution and storage of company supplies to ensure timely availability and at the best price and quality. Outsourced Staff Management: Manage the relationship with outsourced vendors for outsourced staff (i.e. drivers, office boys and messengers) contracts, leaves, replacement, appraisals and leased car contracts Staff Related Activities and Announcements: Responsible for maintaining and updating Staff Contact List, and the issuance of Circulars on the company intranet and ensure up to date dissemination of information.
