Kuwait City - JOB DESCRIPTION Directly report to the Group General Manager, this full-time employee ensures compliance with employment laws while directing the human resources functions for the library systems, including benefit administration, personnel policy/ procedure development, and selection, orientation, training and evaluation of staff. Other essential duties and responsibilities: Control passport movement with database, vacations, turnover, staff budget, employee passport releasing, disciplinary action proceeding, performance evaluation and other personnel matter in both paper and date base and ensure all employment requirements are met. Assisting supervisors and managers with implementation of employee performance evaluation program and assist with disciplinary proceedings. Plans, coordinates and administers and established the staff budget annually.
