Oracle BRM Analyst

- Lead and manage international roaming services configuration and invoice to ensure wholesale billing
- Ensure and support billing financial data, month closing, ageing of trade debtors and monthly provision
- Leading integration with external systems, service enhancement and reporting to support other division
- Maintenance of batch processing and ensure accurate charging
- Reconcile all financial invoices with the Billing System
- Reconcile amount payable and amount receivable from and to interconnect partners
- Ensure and support billing financial data, month closing, ageing of trade debtors and monthly provision
- Leading integration with external systems, service enhancement and reporting to support other division
- Usage/Mediation rejection reconciliation on daily basis and resolve the root cause before impacting the customer and have a revenue loss.
- Managing jobs related to various interfaces within the Billing application environment that have been deployed.
- Perform quality assurance (reconciliation, validation and accuracy) before and after bill runs as per the agreed KPIs.
- Providing support to print/media operations services (excluding subscriber bill printing, stuffing and mailing/dispatch).
- Managing print queues, controlling report distribution, logging completed reports and performing quality control as per policy.
- Generating MIS reports according to scheduled or as needed.
- Handle all tasks related to BRM modules like rating, roaming, interconnect, dunning etc.
- Create and maintain Standard Operations Procedures.
