Dubai - Charterhouse is working with a global healthcare provider. Our client has an exciting, new opportunity for an HR Generalist to join their growing HR team. You will be responsible for covering the MENA region and supporting a group of approximately employees. You will travel to different areas in order to link in with local HR teams, putting in place new HR policies and procedures and assisting on high volume recruitment globally. You will also be required to create a new employee handbook and ensure best practice across the HR function, following audits and analysis of processes. The successful candidate should have a solid years experience within HR and at least 2 years experience of working within the UAE. You should be dedicated, hardworking, flexible and demonstrate strong emotional intelligence. Ideally you should have worked previously within a corporate environment.
