Care Business Partner (Customer Service)

The role of the CARE Business Partner is to take full responsibility for the customer experience by managing the end-to-end execution of U.S. Flag cargo contracts for cargo booked in the WCA and Pacific geographical area of responsibility. Colleagues in this role work with colleagues and vendors to provide the elements of customer care in order to enhance the U.S. Flag customer experience and ensure compliance with U.S. Flag cargo SOPs and associated contracts and regulations.
