Kuwait City - This job is for one of our clients. Main Responsibilities Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations. Ensure payroll is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner. Compile data from payroll sources, and prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports. Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations. Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements. Support all internal and external audits related to payroll. Interpret new legislation impacting payroll. Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements. Skills Education: Holding a bachelor degree in accounting or financial sciences. Experience: Not less than 3 years experience in managing a multi-state payroll within Retail businesses. Experienced with "MYSTRO HR & Payroll System" is a MUST.
