Our Client, a large and ambitious IT services organisation are currently expanding their team and are seeking to hire an experienced candidate in the area of IT Call Centre - Customer Operations Support Processes. Your role will be a hybrid of top class customer support to 'key account clients' and technical writing of the support processes that sit behind customer operations. Ideally you will have worked in a dynamic fast paced environment in the past where you have worked on either greenfield sites (start-ups would be ideal) and can demonstrate where you have established, implemented and monitored new processes and procedures for the organisations technical call centre.
