Kuwait - - Plan, execute and manage all aspects of employee events as part of our internal VIVA Spirit Team (Cross-functional Employee Engagement Team) - Work closely with internal business units to meet the goals and objectives of each event and activity - Manage individual event budgets, with focus on maintaining and improving on fiscal responsibility, including reconciling budget balances and expenses - Manage external vendor relationships, inclusive of negotiating contracts - Engage cross-functionally with the different sectors in the organization on the planned events and activities - Propose creative solutions for improving event effectiveness - Ensure each event and activity supports the overall goals of the company and the VIVA employee engagement strategy - Conduct pre- and post- event evaluations and report on outcomes Skills - Photo editing (Adobe Photoshop) Microsoft Office Suite (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access). - Fluency in languages - Arabic and English ...
