Etihad Airways - Abu Dhabi - JOB PURPOSE Accountable for all global Cargo Operations processes and procedures with responsibility to manage all third party providers i.e. cargo warehouse and freighter ramp ground handlers, Trucking providers as well as all EGCMC operations employees across the entire Network. Ensuring service delivery and achievement of procedural compliance, while developing and implement strategic initiatives to enhance service provision robustness in line with Commercial expectations and new cargo products. Responsibility also covers Cargo Handling Invoice Verification & Claims teams, Freighter Operations and responsibility for the Loadmaster team.
