We are looking for a Senior individual who can bring a depth of knowledge to the organisations compensation program. As a leader in this field we are looking for you to take on the following responsibilities: Manages, reviews and implements the total compensation & reward program incl. the quarterly and annual performance management process. Ensures that compensation and incentive related policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the Council's overall strategic objectives and HR strategy.
