Kuwait City - Effectively presents the Company's products & services to applicants and closing sales with regular follow-ups. Generate QA's (Qualified Applicants) as per laid down targets, convince them and convert into sales. Generate revenue as per laid down targets from product specific conversions. Maintain a conversion percentage of 80% for prospects to QA(Qualified Applicants) and 30% of QA to Client. Conduct the required number of seminars & presentations as specified by the Branch Manager. Achieve the monthly and quarterly targets as specified. Makes timely collections due/overdue of the new retainers and also for instalments. Submit Daily/Weekly reports to the BM. Developing, implementing and maintaining business plan for the branch along with Branch Manager Support and Guidance. Focusing on achieving customer acquisition, retention and cross sales.
