Kuwait - Responsible for carrying out clerical, phone and administrative responsibilities while simultaneously representing the executive office. Typical responsibilities of the job include: - Answering telephone calls - Maintaining diaries - Arranging appointments - Taking messages - Typing and word processing - Filing - Managing databases - Prioritising workloads - Implementing new procedures and administrative systems. -Checking the emails and replying spontaneously. -Handling the Attendance for the department staff and assiging to concern managers. Skills University qualifications : Graduate/Diploma Previous experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position.
