Kuwait City - Develop and recommend effective recruitment processes, systems and policies and procedures. Manage the recruitment process within the CGC, as required and according to CGC needs and projected growth. Manage CV database and liaise with relevant agencies with respect to recruitment needs of CGC. Responsible for preparation of yearly recruitment plans based on CGC's business needs and approved manpower estimates as well as provides estimates on selection and recruitment costs. Participate in the manpower planning by liaising with HR Manager and line managers for manpower needs and requirements on a yearly basis. Create periodic reports as requested by management to all subjects related to Recruitment activities. Guide the line managers, where required and also provide technical expertise relating to the recruitment process. Responsible of quarterly forecast related to Manpower needs.
