POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Recruiting Manager, performs a full range of functions related to recruiting personnel for the project. Develops ways to reach and attract candidates, makes initial contact, pre-screens candidates, determines employment options, coordinates employment offers, and facilitates the placement and hiring process. MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES: Using Taleo, as well as a variety of other recruiting methods, utilizes a comprehensive program designed to identify potential qualified candidates for current and future project vacancies.
