Trigon Associates - Abu Dhabi - Our UAE based banking client is looking to hire an experienced Legal Counsel to support their Transaction banking division. As part of the legal team but aligned to the Global Transaction Banking division, your responsibilities will include: Legal and regulatory advice relating to transactions Drafting and negotiation of legal documentation for Cash and Trade Transaction Banking product agreement documentation creation and review Advisory and guidance on liquidity management solutions involving engagement with external legal counterparts when required Review and negotiation of vendor agreements To be considered for the role, you should: Hold a Law degree with 8-10 years of relevant industry experience Have in depth banking knowledge with a strong understanding of Transaction Banking ideally with experience of Islamic trade and cash Strong legal and regulatory analytical skills Excellent written English skills, arabic would be an advantage In return, our client is offer...
