HR Generalist

Our client a reputable bank is currently recruiting for an HR Generalist to be based in Bahrain. You will be directly reporting to the HR Director. This is a temporary role for a period of 6 months
Mission
Direct Responsibilities
• On-boarding of new employees in Morocco
• Contract generation, emails to rewards team
• Partner with Recruitment Officer based in Bahrain
• Research and propose options for pension, medical insurance, etc. in Morocco
Expected Contributions
• Professional delivery of HR services to teams in Morocco
• Participation in HR team projects outside of the HR Generalist role
