Kuwait - To interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concern and requests about products and services. Professionally handles incoming requests from customers and ensures that issues are promptly and thoroughly resolved. Directs customers' requests and unsolved issues to the concerned departments and follows-up until the issues are successfully closed. Educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts. Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making. Manages the customers' record of inquiries and complaints. Assists in generating reports related to customer service. Skills Fluent in both Arabic and English.Excellent computer and communication skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed. Commitment to customer satisfaction.
