Kuwait - Scope The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling Duties Assist the HR Manager with generalist HR matters, Ongoing review and enhancement of Company and HR Policies and Procedures in line with legislative developments Prepare staff handbook and update whenever required.
