Role Responsible for writing, editing and managing policies and procedures related to the retail transformation program that the bank is currently leading. Design new policies, procedures and processes, as well as relevant support documentation, as a result of new initiatives related to the retail banking transformation. Formulate observations and recommendations for process improvement, risk mitigation, and improved controls in the organization. Create an internal policy and procedure library and ensure that documentation is clearly, concisely, consistently and accurately maintained in appropriate templates.
