The project involves creating a standardized data structure in RRSSC (Retail Risk Shared Service Center) to enable production of MIS, all kinds of portfolio monitoring across the region. The project manager is expected to know the business processes in each country, systems used in each country, interpretation of and usage of variables and finally translate into standard data structures.
