Abu Dhabi - Responsibility Responsible for timely and effective delivery of the configuration management function and processes, which shall include but not limited to the following: • Conduct configuration audits to meet the requirements of service level agreements, business requirements or project specific requirements. • Negotiate with customers/suppliers to ensure the verification and collection of timely, accurate and complete configuration items (CI) information to the configuration manager, ICT to facilitate impact assessment for incidents, problems and requests for change. • Contribute to the configuration management plan, principles, processes and their implementation. • Prepare reports, including management, customer requested reports, impact analysis, configuration status and audit reports. • Undertake manual handling of ICT assets in a responsible manner and in accordance to ICT Divisions manual handling protocol. • Assist in supporting the ICT change management process.
