Dubai - CLIENT Linum Consult's client is an international design consultancy currently seeking a Claims Manager to join their team in their Dubai office. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Key duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing the defence of the arbitrational case as well as managing the preparation of the major statement of claim for arbitration Monitoring and coordinating contractual claims and variations orders, and claims against the Government/client in conjunction with the Senior Managers and the Head of Contracts Drafting claim documents, supervising their compilation, and representing the company at claims-related meetings with clients and consultants CLIENT STIPULATED REQUIREMENTS At least a degree qualification in Law, Quantity Surveying or Engineering, ideally chartered status with RICS or CIArb Minimum of years' working experience in claims management, with experience in the Middle East Past experience of drafting claims, and other comme...
